By using Hikari you agree to these terms.

Use of the app

Hikari is a tool for logging your own workouts. Use it for that, don't try to break it, don't use it to harm others. You must be 13 or older.

Your content

Your workouts and recordings belong to you. Hikari processes them only to make the app work.

Not medical advice

Hikari is not a medical or fitness professional. Anything it shows is informational only. Consult a qualified expert before changing your exercise routine. If something hurts, stop and get help. You are responsible for your own training.

As-is

The app is provided as-is, with no warranties. Hikari does its best to keep it running but can't guarantee it will never break, lose data, or be unavailable.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Hikari's total liability for any issue is capped at what you've paid Hikari. Hikari is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Ending things

You can delete your account in the app any time. Hikari can suspend access if these terms are violated.
